At Bearefoot Shoes, we want you to feel the ground beneath your feet with total confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to helping you find the right pair to support your natural stride.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
